If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange with the exception of barrel stave furniture which can not be returned as they are custom-made. Refunds for items in salable condition returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will issued as a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Damaged goods must be reported within seven days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you believe your item is damaged and save all packaging.
